Director of Sales
David Hamblen joined ALTKIN in December 2020 and, with the recent acquisition of THS/Parsia in December 2023, he is excited to take on an expanded role.
With over 16 years of experience as Sales Director at Clover Imaging Group, one of Europe’s largest remanufacturers, David brings a wealth of expertise to his position.
Based in Cambridgeshire, David now leads both ALTKIN and THS/Parsia operations in the UK and Ireland, focusing on driving growth and innovation in the industry.
Outside of work, David is an avid cyclist, walker, and jogger, always seeking new trails to explore and challenges to conquer.

Paul Taylor
Sales Account Manager
Paul joined us in September 2022 and has many years of sales account management experience in the MFD and Large Format sectors.
Paul studied Electrical Installation, was a Canon & Fiery RIP trained engineer and has gained the trust of many field engineers over the years. Paul covers London & the South East.
His hobbies include watching motorsport and going to watch football whenever possible.

Phil Colley
Sales Account Manager
Phil Colley has joined the Altkin group in our Parsia sales division.
Based in Solihull in the West Midlands, Phil has 40 years’ experience in the copier/printer industry. He has extensive knowledge of the market, as he has worked both in the dealer sector and for manufacturers, such as Ricoh and UTAX as a dealer manager.
Since 2018, Phil has worked in the consumable and supplies sector, supplying dealerships in the UK and Ireland.
In his spare time, Phil enjoys music, film, and comedy, and has recently started bass guitar lessons.
